How do I set up an appointment to view one or more of your homes?


To request a home viewing, fill out our online Showing Questionnaire and call 314 467-8022 to schedule an appointment

Do you accept pets?

Cats or dogs are often allowed in most of our homes, but will require an additional $300 non refundable pet deposit and extra $25 per month in rent. We require an application process for anyone that owns a household pet. This includes dogs and cats and might include pets that live in cages such as birds, hamsters, rabbits, snakes or fish tanks (because of the contained water). Is my reservation deposit refundable?

The reservation deposit will be refunded in full if we decline your application for any reason. Part or all of your reservation deposit may be forfeited if you change your mind about moving in.  

What if my credit is bad?

We understand things happen, and your acceptance is not determined solely from your credit score. We heavily take into account your more recent credit history (ie. past two years or so), such as payments being made on time and your current ability to pay rent, etc.  The TransUnion SmartMove credit and background check determines prior landlord judgements, felony criminal records or collection accounts with local utility companies.
